This service is ideal for clients who can manage and implement their own projects but want professional design direction. It’s perfect for single-room transformations, smaller spaces, excellent project managers or clients outside the Montreal area.

You’ll receive a complete design package that includes a mood board, space plan, materials and finishes, furniture selections, and a linked shoppable list. We also provide an implementation guide so you can execute the design confidently on your own.

Virtual Design is offered at a flat rate, providing clarity and transparency from the start. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your project and will be shared after your consultation.

Before beginning, it’s important to have a clear understanding of your total project budget. Depending on your project, this may include renovation and contractor fees, architectural fees, permits, trades, and labour.

You should also plan for the cost of furniture, lighting, art, materials, and installation. While we can help you understand and organize your budget, we are not responsible for ensuring the overall project remains within it.

Most Virtual Design projects are completed within four to six weeks, depending on the number of rooms and the level of detail required. You’ll receive a clear timeline after the consultation so you know exactly when to expect each step.

Yes. We can design multiple rooms within one Virtual Design package. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your priorities and create a tailored scope that suits your space and budget.

The consultation allows us to understand your space, goals, and project scope in detail. It forms the foundation for your tailored design package and requires our time, attention, and professional diligence.

For this reason, the consultation fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable.

You’ll receive a complete shoppable list with links, pricing, and details for every selection. Purchasing and installation are managed by you, allowing you to move forward at your own pace.

Because this service is fully virtual, on-site coordination is managed by you or your contractor. We provide drawings, specifications, and design notes to support implementation.

If you’d like to make revisions after receiving your final package, we can accommodate additional design time on an hourly basis. All requested updates will be quoted and approved before proceeding.
