Virtual Interior Design is ideal for one room projects or clients who prefer to implement the design themselves, guided by our direction and plans.

It’s best suited for those who prefer to be guided through the process, allowing us to manage every detail from planning to installation.

We offer both Full-Service and Virtual Interior Design, each with its own pricing structure. Full-Service projects are billed hourly, with fees based on project complexity and scope. In most cases, design services represent about 10-15% of your total project budget. Virtual Design is offered at a flat rate for transparency and ease. Once we review your project, we’ll provide a tailored estimate that reflects your goals and needs.

Before beginning, it’s important to have a clear understanding of your total project budget. This includes renovation and contractor fees, architectural fees, permits, trades, and labour.

Within that, our fees cover your design and execution. You should also expect to budget out the costs for furniture, lighting, art, materials, and installation. Procurement and order management are costed separately from design fees, as these can only be accurately quoted once the design direction is finalized.

While we can help you understand your budget, we are not responsible for ensuring the entire project stays within it. We always aim to keep design-related costs on target and will flag any changes for your approval.

Depending on your needs, the following services may also apply at an additional cost:

• Organization services to prepare your home for move-in

Timelines vary depending on project size and scope. On average, residential projects range from six months to a year from concept to completion. For new builds, they can range from one to three years. We’ll share a detailed project schedule after the proposal phase so you always know what to expect.

Yes, we regularly collaborate with clients beyond Montreal. Depending on the project, we may travel for site visits or offer a hybrid approach with local coordination support. We’ll discuss logistics and travel costs as part of your proposal.
